Dear Mister Adamms,

I would like to Apologise, regarding the behaviour of Chief Orcot. I have beene Informed that amoung the recent missing persons was One Count D of whom Chief Orcot had a long history of Intimate Relations.

My belief is that this Disapearance is the cause of Chief Orcot's Incharacteristic recent behaviour and thus, offer my Apologie for any rude words spoken as well as Assure you that I shall speake to him. I have Hope this will not impact your Perception of Chief Orcot's Character as he is merely a good man in Extreme Distress.
