Having received a dressing down from his own inferior--or so he thinks, though said inferior doesn't seem to consider himself as such--the Devil is down and out in New Orleans. He's staying in the restrooms, since he doesn't know who's staying where and doesn't want to invade anyone else's territory. (Maybe Crowley had something, about his timidness, there.)

He wanders around his small area of the park before growing bored. Maybe he'll end up in your area . . . .

((Open RP. The Devil is lonely and not involved in any plots! Come play?))

Being a creature of divine origins and currently steeped in the occult, the Devil doesn't actually need to sleep. He thinks of it as an indulgence, and of course takes advantage of it occasionally because he's all for indulgences. But after a week of wakeful solitude, wandering aimlessly around the park without interacting with anyone and becoming more familiar with his surroundings (particularly New Orleans Square, where he was "placed" by that really very strange mouse), he was rather ready to settle down somewhere.

Alas, as he had not yet really explored the buildings themselves, other than poking into a few stores and restaurants, he was quite lost as to how to find a place to live. Or whatever. As his player has not been to the park since she was three, he found he'd really appreciate some help locating a spot to stay.

He said it once, and only once, tapping his cane uncomfortably against the ground: "Please?"

With a slight pop! and a brief shot of flame, a tallish figure appears. It soon becomes evident that he has small black horns, cloven hooves, and a bit of a paunch.

Well, now. This is different. )

((The Devil is from The Devil's Storybook and The Devil's Other Storybook by Natalie Babbitt. He is barely similar to the usual Satan stereotype--yeah, he's the Devil, but he's not the Devil. This can take place in either book, since there's no real plot, just short stories of his various escapades.))
