The sound of Kraftwerk's "The Robots" fills the air.

Good morning, residents of Disneyland. I am Fohristiwhirl Skaffen-Amtiskaw Handrahen Dran Easpyou, and this, it seems, is my radio show. I'm very glad to see all of the responses that my post elicited, and I shall do my best to answer them.

Let's start with a request from Mr Fay D. Flourite, who asks for "something romantic" for his Kuro-ai. Isn't that sweet? Let's see ... ah, I think this will answer the purpose. "All About You", by McFly.

I've got quite the handful of requests from Mr Sakuya Kira, he who knows no tact when it comes to asking invasive personal questions. This one is for Sara; Ms Sara, it seems that Mr Kira wants to make up for lost time by harrassing you over the radio. His words, not mine. And your song is "Old Devil Moon", by Frank Sinatra.

This is a rather interesting phenomenon, you know. I'm sure you all could say these things to one another's faces, but that you choose to go through the radio like this -- it's quite fascinating. As in this case, where Ms Lily Evans would like to dedicate "Narcissus" by Alanis Morrissette to one "James." James, Ms Evans says that this is why she doesn't want to date you. (The drone sounds very, very amused, and not at all sincere.) I'm terribly sorry.

Now, Ms Evans, it appears that you may have your work cut out for you -- assuming the "James" who requested the following two songs is the one you're not dating. First up is "Lilly" by Pink Martini, and next is Cotton Mather's "Lily Dreams On". He sent these requests in with the mildly cryptic comment "He said 'she was meant for me!'".

Oh, now this one, from Ms Rae Seddon, is quite mysterious. It's for her "midnight snack buddy", whom she wished to inform that she is, quote, "working on what we talked about". (Pause) Well, I rather like the artist name on this one, I must confess. The song is called "Apricot Tea", performed by a band called The Robot Ate Me. You know, Ms Seddon, non-organics in general don't need to eat -- it's all part of being non-organic, you know.

While I'm thinking about it, here's another robot song from Ms Pollard's excellent collection: "Become a Robot" by They Might Be Giants.

And for Ms Pollard, here is David Bowie's "Rebel Rebel", requested for you by Mr Kira. Are you, in fact, the kind of girl who likes David Bowie? Because Mr Kira seems to think you are.

Mr Kira's quite a busy man, it seems, and even if he has no tact, he does seem to look out for his friends. For Setsuna, he requests "I Am", by Bon Jovi. Mr Setsuna, consider this a reminder that Mr Kira is always there for you.

On the other side of the coin, Ms Miho Nosaka would like to dedicate Denis Leary's "Asshole" to Mr Leon Orcot, "because he is one". Her words, not mine, Mr Orcot. I do apologise.

Now a number of you did, in fact, send in anonymous requests. Oh, the intrigue! Let's start off with one that's not quite anonymous, but which did arrive with the dedicatory note, "To the ever dashing Sirius Black, from your most devoted admirer, L.E." Well, Mr Black, it seems you've got quite the admirer, because L.E. would like to dedicate Nine Inch Nails's "Closer" to you.

This one arrived with the note "If you think it's for you, it probably is." Someone's in trouble, it seems, because they're getting "Idiot Boyfriend" by Jimmy Fallon.

Let's have something a little more pleasant here, shall we? The following song is for Ms Alice Liddell -- Ms Liddell, the requester thought you'd like it. I hope you do -- it's "God Thinks" by Voltaire.

For Chii -- hello there, Chii, I do hope you're well -- here is "A Whole New World" from the film Aladdin. I daresay one good thing about being in this park is that I was able to find this recording at one of the shops -- it certainly wasn't on any of the computers here in the control room. Chii, your anonymous friend says that "this is a song about a girl who's seeing new things for the first time". I hope you enjoy it.

Our last request of the day is dedicated to "everyone who's fallen from Heaven, or found it". The requester says he or she is "talking both literal and metaphorical Heaven, here".  (Pause.) Do you know, I still find this concept of a literal Heaven to be ... problematic. Be that as it may, here is the requested song, "Tears in Heaven", by Eric Clapton.

And that, I believe, is our entire list of requests. Now if I'm not mistaken, you can call the office here by dialing "420" -- assuming, that is, that you can find yourself a telephone from which to call. If you do, I shall be here for a little while longer, and you're welcome to call in. In the meantime, enjoy the song "Robot Hero" by Tujiko Noriko, which I would like to dedicate to my good friends C3PO and R2D2.

I was wondering if I could dedicate Easy To Love (http://www.sendspace.com/file/qt1nsc) (lyrics (http://lyricsplayground.com/alpha/songs/e/easytolove.shtml)) to one Lily Po - Evans?

Oh, and Loser (http://www.sendspace.com/file/q2jmsv) by Dolores O'Riordan (http://www.lyred.com/lyrics/Dolores+O'riordan/Are+You+Listening%3F/Loser/) to Sirius Black.

Ah. Well, see, when things aren't important to me, my memory gets a little fuzzy.

...Wait, what were you talking about?

[huffy sigh] All right. Just this once.

So! You're, uh, floating in my recent footsteps! Nifty show stylings - I'm noting a theme. There should be a song on there by Momus called Handheld (http://download.yousendit.com/CAA070A61FF29E90)...

[A pause, here, too, after the phone being picked up, but the person on the other end doesn't yell]

....Hey. You're taking requests?

[Pause. It may be possible to tell to the experienced listener that the slight pauses are out of embarrassment more than anything.] Kurogane. Could you play a song in response to... 'Mr. Fay D. Flourite's' request?

...Something romantic. Doesn't matter what.
