Semi-closed Tomorrowland get together

Thankfully, the kid got over his slightly painful exchange with Katou rather quickly, especially in the face of a party and seeing everyone. He hadn't heard from Demyx, but the kid was holding out hope he'd show up anyway. Seeing the Starcade games on and going made the kid grin. The "DO NOT MAKE OUT HERE" sign on Cayce's office door only made him crack up. Fine, if he and Sara got caught making out anywhere else, and someone complained, he'd point out he wasn't making out in the office.

There were tables for refreshments on the upper level, along with tables for people to sit at with food and drink. He added some sodas he'd brought along to the refreshment table, then a couple of pizzas to another table, already feeling the giddy mood of celebrating for no reason enter his system.

His "duties" done, Setsuna went to the lower level and, instead of waiting by the door like a good host, the kid, impatiently, started to play one of the games.

She shook her head, laughing. "Chill out, kid. I don't really think that counts as putting the moves on you."

Her dog was, though. "Her name is Sador," she told Setsuna, watching bemusedly as the dog licked the boy's hand. "She might follow you for a while, just so you know. Anything for ear scratches, that one."

"I know that," Setsuna said, still blushing. "But my girlfriend...? Forget it. I don't think she'll bother asking questions." He couldn't help but smile a bit at that. It was good to have to worry about it again.

And the dog was gaining Setsuna's full attention. "Hello, Sador." Back to Starbuck, "That's okay. I'm happy to give out ear scratches. I just hope she doesn't mind the smell of cat."

Given the positive response, Setsuna reached over and started to pet behind Sador's ears.

"That touchy?" Starbuck didn't have much regard for people that possessive, but each to their own. "I don't know if she'll mind cat, actually. It's never come up before."

Apparently it was fine, because Sador was sticking to Setsuna for the time being.
