"I was glad to do it," Cayce grinned. She dragged her sleeve across her face and, after a moment's hesitation, hugged Aeryn as well. They hadn't gotten to know each other as well as Cayce would have liked, perhaps, but Cayce realized that she loved her all the same, because she loved John.
