Party in Fantasyland! (Open to All)
The loading area and deck in front of It's a Small World had been transformed. Two large tables had been set up, one bearing the music equipment that Cayce had lugged over from Tomorrowland, the other marked out for food and drink. Another food table was set up at the shop.
Various other places in the vicinity had been marked out as well: a wide space for a dance floor; another wide space with a sign RESERVED FOR STARBUCK posted; a grassy area marked RESERVED FOR M. BEAUFORT; and the loading area was marked RESERVED FOR KIRA AND SETSUNA. Over the walk up to the ride, Cayce had hung a large hand-lettered banner that read:
IT'S A SMALL UNIVERSE (ALL OF THEM)
She'd raided every shop in the park for decorations, and pillars and eaves were festooned with Disneyfied representations of various cultures; there was some Mulan merchandise here, a few items ganked from the Indiana Jones Adventure there. Cayce herself felt, somewhat ruefully, that she wasn't capable of being much more than a representation of early 21st-century urban America, so she wore the dress Crowley had given her. Anyone who was expecting her to do a reprise of the bikini business would be sadly disappointed.

After Cayce felt that a critical mass of crowd had been achieved, she went to the music system and turned on the microphone.
"Hi there, everyone. It's good to see you here, and thanks for playing along with my silly party idea. It's kind of a squishy liberal American thing to say—see, I'm representing my culture now—but can I just say that it's great to see the diversity here, and to see everyone taking pride in where they come from. So, thanks. Especially to Psyche, for letting us tromp all over her home and for keeping the music under control; to Crowley as always for the booze; and to everyone who brought something to share." She started to put the mic down, then remembered: "Oh, and thank you to Kira and Setsuna, who will be starting a limbo contest shortly." She grinned. "So if you think you're up for it, see how low you can go." A self-deprecating laugh at the cheesiness of what she'd just said. "Thanks again for coming, and have fun."
((Party time! Talk amongst yourselves, hassle Cayce, get drunk and ride through It's a Small World (not recommended), and otherwise have fun. Feel free to set your post before or after Cayce's little speech.))
((ETA: Here's the limbo thread!))

"Princess Tutu", on the other hand, got a confused, blinking stare from Setsuna. He didn't recognize her so much on sight, but the aura was practically glaring at him. It was the name that threw him off.
"...but you.... You feel just like Duck," Setsuna muttered before shaking his head and turning back to Kira. "Weren't you going to try to get everyone smashed first?"

As for Princess Tutu ... well, that explained some of the strangeness Aphrodite had sensed from her, alongside the duck-changing business. How delightful. She smiled at the girl in greeting.

As for the Duck matter, Setsuna blushed a little and shut his mouth. Clearly if she was going around calling herself Princess Tutu she didn't want everyone know who she normally was. As for a line...Setsuna wasn't going, yet.

"Please, miss," Tutu said to Franziska hesitantly, "could you not whip others so frequently? It's quite a dangerous thing to do, and gives people the impression that you're a violent person."
Tutu smiled at Kira and asked somewhat shyly, "I would appreciate the presentation, if you please. I am not familiar with any form of dancing other than ballet."

For no apparent reason other than drunken boredom the old pirate captain stepped in front of Shaun, rum still clutched in his hand, and limboed rather gracelessly under the stick with a loud cackle.
"Not bad fer an old sailor!" he cried drunkenly, then wandered off to find something else to do.

Clapping for Barbossa, she made her way over to Kira's side and said, mock-hurt, "I object, Kira. You've made no provision for those of us with differently-bendy backs."

After watching Barbossa with the sort of embarassed roll of the eyes one would if their dad was limboing/dancing/making jokes in front of all of their friends, Shaun grinned, as he still had the distinct advantage of being younger, and shorter than most. In a vague attempt at style, he limboed under the stick, then grinned, "C'mon, at this height it's easy, even without supernatural ability."

She probably should have looked ridiculous as she shimmied under the pole, but it was more like seeing a particularly skilled bellydancer perform the action, and she straightened up with a swish of her hips and a broad, bright smile.
no subject
"Like that?" she asked.

Still, she did her best, leaning backwards just far enough to pass under the bar and stepping carefully in that odd ballet feet-pointing-out-to-the-side way. She righted herself with a smile and a small pirouette and said cheerfully to Kira, "It is quite an excellent game, Sir Kira."

"Who's next?" he asked to keep things moving.

With this, she strode forward resolutely, glaring at the limbo bar, and bent quite perfectly to walk under it.
"Have you decided to give up?" she asked those still waiting.
