When the power went out, Katou was a little confused. Then, he heard Cayce, and headed up to the radio room. "Hey, you're the one who probably blew the power out," he said, holding up his hands. "Don't blame us." Actually he had no idea what Kira or Setsuna were doing. "What the hell are you doing in there?"
