Skaffen-Amtiskaw was amused by the radio broadcasts; it was also amused at the ease with which it could manipulate the primitive electronic devices that the park residents used to store the media.
And it was also very amused by the number of Earth songs out there that referenced robots.
So it decided it was high time it ran a radio show of its own -- and perhaps learn a few things about the psychology of the park residents in the process.
Thus, a sign appeared one day on the bulletin board.
