To demonstrate, he blasted a light stream of electricity across the room. "I can also pick things up and manipulate them as long as they conduct well. Metal and wires and stuff is easiest, rubber and wood is nearly impossible. Then you've got my Static cling," he added with a grin, zapping Katou's foot. It shouldn't hurt, but if he tried to move it, he'd find that it was stuck pretty effectively to the ground.
"But there's way more stuff if you're creative about it! I can manipulate electronics, drain or charge things, a few times I've been able to alter chemicals and gasses by manipulating the electrons, but you kinda gotta know your chem to do it safely, aaaand I can totally listen to CDs without a player."
