Ax and Veronica (semi-open RP, feel free to join)

Ax had been very relieved to learn from the drone that none of the park's inhabitants were Yeerk-infested, but he wasn't entirely sure what to do next. He wanted to use his time here to learn about humans, but the truth was that there were few he knew.

The first human who came to mind--and a human he had felt comfortable around, as she was close in age to the humans he was used to--was the girl named Veronica. He wasn't sure where she lived, but he found himself walking up and down the main entrance street, hoping to see her.

Veronica was out walking along Main Street, scouting for a new place to live - something big enough that she and Lilly could share.

Ax's eyes lit up when he saw the blond girl, and he hurried over as best he could to catch up with her.

"Hello, Veronica," he said as he approached. "How are you?"

"Hey, Ax!" Veronica smiled. "Not too bad. How are you?"

Ax smiled in return, only somewhat awkwardly. "I am well," he answered. "I hoped I would find you here. I do not know many people here, but I wish to learn more about..." he shrugged. "Everything here."

"Oh. Okay," Veronica said. "I don't know how much I can help, but I can try."

Ax shrugged. "I would be interested to learn more about you," he suggested. Veronica seemed to be a typical human, after all, and there was really nothing specific he needed to know. "What sort of things do you do when you are in California?"
