The boy also showed a bit more of a brain this time around, which was nice as it made the whole thing less boring. "Jumble the second and third," he instructs. Which isn't exactly true, the Time Lords were not personifications of time, but they got as close –safeguard it, never interfere, cherish its power; ridiculous– as the universe would allow.
