Daniel looks at Holly for a long moment, and then decides he probably shouldn't start talking about wormholes.
"Well, I walked through a door too," he says slowly. "but I knew where the door went... it was supposed to take me down a long tunnel and it did, but instead of the tunnel leading where it was supposed to, it ended up taking me here instead. It was like someone picked up the end and moved it while I was inside."
Which isn't a bad theroy, considering that he's seen wormholes jump from 'gate to 'gate before. The only problem with the idea is that there isn't a gate.
Maybe it's hidden somehow. Later, Daniel resolves, he'll go over to the area where he'd seen the wormhole and see if he bumps into anything. Literally.
