"That's the problem!" The redhead laughed. "You have no idea how pompous he was! Perfect Percy was a Prefect and then Head Boy, then he went to work for the ministry. He came back when it was important, though. That's when he finally stopped being such an utter prat." He grinned knowingly, as if Percy had been forgiven for all of his obnoxiousness.
