Setsuna felt he had to shout the last part, because maybe if he said it enough times he'd start to believe it.
When Kira hit on the truth, Setsuna's face went a bit red as he spat out, "Fuck you," and started to walk off again. He didn't want Kira to know, because he didn't want Kira worrying over it. Worse. He didn't want Sara realizing or finding out about it. It wasn't fair to her, and he couldn't feel comfortable like this.
