Katou was wet. Mostly because he had been watching a giant tidal wave chasing a robot and not watching where he was going, and had tripped and fallen into the water. He wasn't about to admit to it being his fault, because he probably would have been a little wet without the trip. He didn't really like being wet, and he was kind of grumpy, though significantly less so when he saw Crowley.

"I hate this fucking park," he muttered, walking up to Crowely and wringing out his shirt.
