Marguerite noticed the lack of conversation between the men. As much as she loved Percy she knew how he could be and she tried not to laugh as Percy went on and Jean-Etieinne continued to ignore him. Marguerite's heart skipped a beat when Percy grinned at her. How she loved that grin and the fact that it was directed at her once again did nothing to help the matter.

"I would but I don't think anyone would know the tune to any of the songs I knew," Marguerite explained to her husband.
