"Oh, you have no idea," he answered, giving the pot a stir. "Yeah. She um, she was a gift, actually. When we came through the Stargate they thought we were gods. I didn't even understand what was going on at the time; I knew how to read their dialect, but of course I'd never heard it spoken, so it took me a while to figure it out.
