Somewhere in Toon Town - Dusk
Elle was bored again. She hadn't seen Spike in ages, so she decided she was going to go look for him.
She was unaware of any imminent threat that might be lurking, despite Cayce's recent warning about someone looking for her.
[post is open, but first thread is for Sylar & Elle (and the Mickey cops) only. read here for more info.]

"Did—did you say there—that you heard a man and a woman yelling?"

"There's a guy who's got it in for Elle, I think," Cayce said. "And since she does stuff with electricity, she might—oh shit. Oh shit. I hope she's okay."

Still, Cayce looked worried. And Katou had been itching for a fight. Maybe he could have one. "Want me to come with you?"

Just then, with a flicker and a low hum that seemed to come from everywhere, the park lights came back on.
Cayce blinked.
((I figure it's been about 10-15 minutes by now...))

"Right then. We find the girl, make sure she's all right, and if she's not, then there'll be trouble." She gave both of them a glance over. "Cards on the table. What do you two do? I assume you fly, anything else?" she asked Katou. "And you, just human?"

She then turned to Cayce, her lips quirking into a small smile. "Jenny Sparks." The prospect of a fight had brought back old habits more quickly than she would have expected, considering where she was and the fact that she'd thought she was more than ready to turn her metaphorical badge in by the time of her death. "I don't like the idea of bringing civilians to what could get messy. Does this bloke have a name and a face?"

"I wouldn't think of it as running," she told Cayce instead. "Common bloody sense, you don't go up against something you can't handle. But I'll see to Zane." Turning to Katou, she added "What's this about people not getting killed?"

He turned to Jenny and frowned thoughtfully. "Huh. I guess V's the only non-cute blonde electricity user in the park."

She raised an eyebrow at Katou's comment, but seemed neither offended nor particularly phased. "Bloody teenagers in this park need to learn to watch the cheek. Who's V?"
no subject
"V's this big black man," he said. "I mean, huge. Like the Hulk. Only bigger. And less green."
Ahaha, Katou really couldn't picture Virgil as a 'big black man' but, well, a little white lie would never hurt anyone.

After all, there was a lot of damage a person could do without killing them. Not to mention, Jenny needed to know for her own purposes if she even got in a fight.

"Well, shit," he muttered. "Scratch that."
