Somewhere in Toon Town - Dusk
Elle was bored again. She hadn't seen Spike in ages, so she decided she was going to go look for him.
She was unaware of any imminent threat that might be lurking, despite Cayce's recent warning about someone looking for her.
[post is open, but first thread is for Sylar & Elle (and the Mickey cops) only. read here for more info.]

Re: Elle & Sylar
Then he shoved at her experimentally, wanting to see if he could knock that sparkly ball out of her hands.
Re: Elle & Sylar
"That was a mistake," she said, her voice cold.
Re: Elle & Sylar
If he could freeze her, keep her motionless, and then slice oh-so-carefully into her skull-- *that* might not set off the alarms of the park.
Who knew? She might even survive it, the park being what it was.
Re: Elle & Sylar
She was pretty sure the ice wouldn't hurt her, but she was all too aware that her powers wouldn't work if she got wet.
Re: Elle & Sylar
"Just. Hold. Still. Damnit."
The ice was gaining speed, spreading across the concrete to her feet, thickening as it went.
Re: Elle & Sylar
"Sorry, but you're not getting this power."
Re: Elle & Sylar
"You have no idea how many times I've done this. Just relax, will you?"
Re: Elle & Sylar
It did, however, cause her to send a huge blast of electricity up in the air, frying a transformer, which rained a shower of sparks down in the vicinity.
The lights in the park flickered and then went out, leaving them standing in almost complete darkness since the sun was nearly down.
Re: Elle & Sylar
In a way, he admired her-- what was the word? Spunk? Whatever. Give her credit for not whining, or crying, or saying 'you won't get away with this'! "One more second..."
Re: Elle & Sylar
She kept throwing bolts to crack the ice, which had the added bonus of giving her enough illumination to keep an eye on Sylar.
Of course, it had the downside of allowing him to track her just as easily.
Re: Elle & Sylar
And slam! as Sylar threw another burst of TK at his prey, and increased the rate of ice layering toward her. "Pass out. You'll thank me for that later."
Re: Elle & Sylar
When he brought his hands up, she suspected he was going to try another burst of TK and managed to avoid it.
She threw two fully charged blasts of electricity directly at his chest.
Re: Elle & Sylar
Plus sizzzzzzzzle as Sylar had the lovely experience of feeling his insides try to cook, his muscles involuntarily flail, and his eyes try to pop out of his head.
"Aaagggghhhhhhhhh!"
Re: Elle & Sylar
Re: Elle & Sylar
Sylar completely threw aside previous plans for freezing, escaping the park's forces, and not being equally sadistic, and raised one fingers, eyes darkening in rage.
He traced a line paralell to Elle's forehead, focusing his power to pin-point precision as he started to slice open the top of her head, and blood welled up along the line as he cut, and began to run down her face.
Re: Elle & Sylar
Of course, so was Elle - a little distance away.
Ruffled ducks quacked at them before swimming to less turbulent waters.

Details. People got so hung up on the details. "You're acting like this was personal."

Re: Elle & Sylar
Or so he guessed. It certainly looked like that from inside his cell, and the way they'd recruited Molly Walker would point in the same direction. "Power power power, that's what they're about." Ignoring her question, he settled down on the bench surrounding the fountain and cocked his head at her. "What else does the file say about me?" Always good to know what your enemy knows.
