She wasn't confused, in the slightest - she just wanted him to think about what he was saying, and to who he was saying it to. When he went on about teasing and flirting, though, Alexiel coldly told him, "Is that you being delusional, or ignoring the fact this was Setsuna's idea, and Setsuna that was all over you. All I did was carry out the rest of his plans when he couldn't."

And that was, oddly enough, the truth. Though, because it was her telling the truth, Alexiel suspected Kira would doubt most of it, or some of it, but at least be thrown off by it for a while.

"If you're looking for an angle, you'd have to ask Setsuna about it."

Then there was him finally noticing the pictures bit and Alexiel just nodded her head with an added, "Also his idea."
