With Setsuna's arm grabbed, Alexiel did turn around and stopped, but she shot a warning glare at Kira, her stare frosted over and in icy tones she flatly told him, "But I'm not in my body. I'm in Setsuna's. Let. Go. Now."

Setsuna probably would have allowed for it, and in her own body Alexiel might have just aimed to hit Kira first - so he could react and retaliate - but in Setsuna's body, it was a whole other story.

Whatever Kira's regret was, Alexiel didn't share in it.
