When the Doctor heard over the park’s intercom (http://community.livejournal.com/dizzy_land/167308.html?thread=9646988#t9646988) that everyone was going to be speaking ‘in sea-dog lingo’, he was delighted. He spent the rest of the day in high spirits, wandering around and exchanging piratey banter with whomever he met, never realizing that it was anything else than a voluntary park-wide celebration of one of the universe’s more ridiculous vernaculars.
