The first thing Fay noticed when he woke up was that his hair had grown, and was tied back loosely. The second thing he noticed was his lack of depth perception (he tripped over Kurogane on his way to the bathroom) and found he was wearing an eyepatch. Unfortunately, lifting the eyepatch did not change his vision any, so he decided to leave it on for Chii's sake.
He wandered out into the park, looking around curiously and occasionally bumping into things. "What be this?" he murmured, then stopped. "... Yarr?"
